MMI Software Issue

Have had my Q6 for 14 days now and am still unable to log on as the Key User on the MMI . Get an error response of user cannot be added please try later.
Have been to the dealer 3 times , have had 2 long sessions with Digital Support all say I am doing nothing wrong.
But nobody has a solution , this means I have no information from the vehicle on the MyAudi app.

Have you checked the privacy settings, on mine it keeps turning this off meaning you see no information in the MyAudi app.

Yes that has been checked , dealer has been corresponding with Audi for the last week but I still have no solution...

Have you tried an MMI reset and re-log everything back on?

Yes done that twice , once on the phone to digital support in Germany , and once with a techniciam at the dealers.
Can you log in to your myAudi account on the MMI ?
I am trying to establish if this is a problem with my vehicle only or a general Q6 issue , not getting any direct answers from the dealer !

Yes I can but after the reset it keeps asking for my login code number on vehicle startup

Clearly issues with the software , not good , this is my first Audi after years of owning BMW's with no problems , not very impressed so far....

This is the issue when you are the first ones to have the car, you find the issues and Audi resolve them and then in 6 to 12 months people buy the car with no issues.

I have had this issue with many cars and different manufactures over the years.

Finally resolved today a month after taking delivery. The software was removed from the control unit , and new software from Audi added.
I have at last got all the functions intended!

So your Audi dealer re-loaded the software or did you get a new version as not seen any software updates?
