Have had my Q6 for 14 days now and am still unable to log on as the Key User on the MMI . Get an error response of user cannot be added please try later.
Have been to the dealer 3 times , have had 2 long sessions with Digital Support all say I am doing nothing wrong.
But nobody has a solution , this means I have no information from the vehicle on the MyAudi app.

Yes done that twice , once on the phone to digital support in Germany , and once with a techniciam at the dealers.
Can you log in to your myAudi account on the MMI ?
I am trying to establish if this is a problem with my vehicle only or a general Q6 issue , not getting any direct answers from the dealer !

Clearly issues with the software , not good , this is my first Audi after years of owning BMW's with no problems , not very impressed so far....

Finally resolved today a month after taking delivery. The software was removed from the control unit , and new software from Audi added.
I have at last got all the functions intended!
