Yes the app is not fit for purpose , had BMW's for 12 years before this Q6 and even 12 years ago the BMW app was more up to date that this one. My last visit to the dealer I complained at how bad Audi software was and all they did was agree and say they could not defend it any more... Assume everybo...

For the last 2 days the app refuses to update. Comes up with an error message saying error loading - the connect services for this vehicle could not be loaded or could not be completely loaded.An unknown error occurred.

Yes the app still shows that , my dealer did not know what the up[date covered !! , and later said it no longer showed on their system...

The Audi dealer re-loaded the software.

Finally resolved today a month after taking delivery. The software was removed from the control unit , and new software from Audi added.
I have at last got all the functions intended!

Clearly issues with the software , not good , this is my first Audi after years of owning BMW's with no problems , not very impressed so far....

Have you tried an MMI reset and re-log everything back on? Yes done that twice , once on the phone to digital support in Germany , and once with a techniciam at the dealers. Can you log in to your myAudi account on the MMI ? I am trying to establish if this is a problem with my vehicle only or a ge...

Yes that has been checked , dealer has been corresponding with Audi for the last week but I still have no solution...
